Assistant to the Artistic Director & Executive Director

We are looking for a pro-active and efficient member of staff to provide excellent support to Kiln Theatre’s executive team across a broad remit of tasks and responsibilities, including diary management, internal communications and co-ordination of press nights.  The successful candidate will be passionate about theatre, ideally will come from a similar administrative role and be keen to join Kiln Theatre at this exciting time.

Salary: £23,000-24,000 p/a

Front Of House / Box Office Assistants

Casual

We are now accepting speculative applicants for casual Front of House Assistants and Box Office Assistants to work on a shift basis, which may differ from week to week and will regularly include Saturdays.

The Front of House team are an integral part of ensuring an enjoyable visitor experience to Kiln Theatre. The main duties are to assist in the smooth running of the Front of House for our theatre and cinema and to provide the best possible customer service possible. You will be welcoming patrons to a brand new theatre, and as their first point of contact will influence their first impression of the venue.
