Information regarding COVID-19

Following the statement of the UK Government the Society of London Theatre and UK Theatres have announced that all their members (including our theatre) will be closed until further notice. The health and wellbeing of our audiences and our community, our staff team including performers are our first priority.

Based on the current situation we regret we must cancel all performances of PASS OVER, A MUSEUM IN BAGHDAD*, THE GLEE CLUB and JIM CARTER IN CONVERSATIONS WITH ROB BRYDON, PETER CAPALDI and DOMINIC WEST.

HEART, THE WIFE OF WILLESDEN and NW TRILOGY have been postponed and will be rescheduled at a future date.

We have emailed all affected bookers about next steps. If you have not received an email from us, please contact Please understand that we are a small team and are working as hard as possible to resolve all customer queries; we appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

We will give you three options for your booking: a refund, a credit on your account for future productions, or the opportunity to make a donation.

We appreciate that these are uncertain times for all of us. However, cancelling performances does not mean that our costs suddenly stop too. If you are in a position to convert some or all of your booking payment into a donation, this would be a huge support as we navigate an unprecedented situation. Not only that, it would be a symbol of solidarity with Kiln and with the whole theatre industry. If you choose this option, thank you – from the bottom of our hearts.

*If you purchased tickets through the RSC Box Office, a member of their team will be in touch with you in the coming days.  Please do not contact them directly.
