Kiln Collaborators

Kiln Collaborators supports young people aged 16+ with a previous connection to Kiln Theatre to develop their leadership and confidence as creative practitioners. The participants are paid London Living Wage to attend skills-building workshops led by Kiln staff and industry professionals. They also receive mentoring and guidance on pursuing creative careers, whilst taking on assistant practitioner roles across our Youth & Pathways programme.

We are currently not accepting applications for Kiln Collaborators.
