Minding the Gap Community Company

Minding the Gap Community Company is a development of Kiln’s flagship programme Minding the Gap, which works with local newly arrived young people to support their English language learning through drama. This project will work with a group of adult ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) learners in partnership with the College of North West London. Through weekly drama sessions, participants will work with a director and practitioners to devise an original piece of theatre that speaks to the heritage of Kilburn and the personal stories they’d like to share. The piece will be performed on the Kiln Cinema stage.
