Kiln Community Collaborators
Over the course of the next year, through forming deeper relationships across our local communities, we will recruit participants to take part in a Kiln Community Collaborators group for anyone aged 25+. The group will learn about the different roles in theatre, form focus groups to support the co-creation of the Communities programme going forward, advocate for the work on our stage and the work of the Creative Engagement department, curate Town Hall Talks, and support tours of the theatre. Kiln Community Collaborators will be paid at London Living Wage to assist on the Communities programme, while developing their facilitation skills.
