The impact of the pandemic and the rising cost of living continues to profoundly impact the theatre industry. As we navigate these ongoing challenges, British Theatre is at risk of becoming less bold in a bid to mitigate financial uncertainty.
By making a Major Gift to Kiln, you will help us stay true to our mission of making quality theatre for all by making space for unheard or ignored voices. Your donation to Kiln Theatre could support a specific area of our work, including the artistic programme, our work with local communities or our artist development programmes.
The Kiln Circle
The Kiln Circle is a philanthropic supporters’ group that sits at the centre of our theatre. As part of your engagement with us, you will get closer to the work and the artists involved in each of our productions. Together, we won’t let the impact of the turbulent economic climate and the effects of the pandemic dilute our mission in a time when our work is needed more than ever.
By joining the Kiln Circle, you will support our productions, enabling us to take risks, programme bold high-quality work, and bring unheard or ignored voices into the mainstream—all whilst keeping our ticket prices as low as we can.
To join the Kiln Circle, donations start at £2,500 per year. In return we will offer you various ways to get closer to the artists and programming here at Kiln, such as invites to press nights, special events and newsletters.
If eligible, we will claim Gift Aid on the full amount of the donation given and so cap all benefits offered at the threshold for Gift Aid at the level of your donation.
