Meet the comedians

Suzi Ruffell

Suzi Ruffell has had five sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and gained multiple nominations at the National Comedy Awards. She’s rarely off the TV, regularly featuring on shows including Live at the Apollo, Mock the Week, The Jonathan Ross Show, The Last Leg and lots more. A regular host on Radio 2 and Virgin Radio, she’s also hosts multiple podcasts including ‘Big Kick Energy’ (w/ Maisie Adam), ‘Like Minded Friends’ (w/ Tom Allen) and ‘OUT With Suzi Ruffell’. Suzi’s Amazon special ‘Dance Like Everyone Is Watching’ was released in 2022 to critical acclaim, and her latest tour ‘Snappy’ culminated in a taping at London’s iconic Bloomsbury Theatre. Suzi will release her hotly anticipated debut book ‘Am I Having Fun Now?’ in June 2025!

★★★★ The Guardian
★★★★ The Observer

Lou Wall

Insufferably queer, distressingly current AND award winning (in that order) Lou Wall is back in the UK (they’re Australian) bringing their deranged powerpoints, gay (derogatory) musical comedy and mentally ill hot takes.

‘Best of the Festival’ Winner – Sydney Comedy Festival 2024

“One-of-a-kind masterwork”
★★★★★ Time Out

“The voice of a generation.”
★★★★ Chortle

Roger O'Sullivan

Roger is an award winning Irish comedian. His surreal stories, preposterous punchlines and [insert third alliterative descriptor] have drawn comparisons to Dylan Moran and Mitch Hedberg. He was previously nominated for the BBC New Comedy Award, and his work has been featured on BBC, RTÉ and Radio 4. Like a magic eye picture, if you squint at Roger for long enough you will find the truth hidden within.

“A comedic mind with huge potential”
The Irish Examiner

“He will make you think”
The Scotsman

Andrew Mensah

Our host for the evening will be Andrew Mensah, a brilliant stand up comedian from London. He’s supported Ricky Gervais on tour and has a rather successful side-hustle as a TV presenter co-hosting Premier League Productions series ‘Welcome to the Weekend’ AND Sky’s ‘Fantasy Football League’ alongside Matt Lucas and Elis James. He’s interviewed many high profile footballers including: Steven Gerrard, Gareth Bale, Rio Ferdinand, Robin Van Persie, Pep Guardiola and many more. So he’s more than equipped to ask you what you do for a living!
