Front of House Assistant
Everyone at Kiln strives to make the building an inclusive and friendly place that reflects and celebrates our local communities. As the public face of Kiln, the Front of House team plays an essential role in delivering the Kiln welcome to audiences by providing excellent, inclusive customer service, while also ensuring the safety and security of audiences at all times.
FOH Assistants will be allocated shifts across various types including, as a theatre or cinema usher. There is also the opportunity for FOH team members to cross-train with our Catering team.

Literary Associate
The Literary Associate will play a key role in supporting the Artistic Director in the development and delivery of new plays at Kiln Theatre. They will nurture new work, at all stages of the creative process, whilst managing relationships with writers throughout the commissioning and development journey.
The Literary Associate will have meaningful input on programming and commissioning as part of Kiln’s overall artistic vision and will work with the wider team to deliver productions to the highest quality possible.

Casual Venue Technician, PRODUCTION
Kiln Theatre are looking to refresh our pool of casual Technical Theatre staff to work on the delivery of events including Creative Engagement projects, cinema, hires and productions. We’d love to hear from you if you have experience in live events, either in Lighting, Sound, Stage Management, Costume, Rigging or Stage.
