Arrive Build Create Trainees

Young people aged 16-18 who have participated in the Arrive Build Create projects undertake creative facilitation training, for which they are paid at London Living Wage, led by the Arrive Build Create practitioners, Kiln Theatre artistic and production staff and industry professionals. The participants are employed as trainee facilitators on the Arrive Build Create Schools projects throughout the academic year. The participants also attend 1:1 future pathways sessions with the Learning Producer and mentor sessions with Lead Practitioners to support their next steps in education, employment or training.
