Fullworks Work Experience Programme
Fullworks is a free weeklong project aimed at 14–16 year olds from Brent, which will take place in February 2024 half terms. Participants will engage with five days of masterclasses led by theatre industry professionals, exploring areas such as Producing, Writing, Production, Directing and Marketing. At the end of the week, Kiln will host a creative careers networking event for young people aged 14+ from across London, which will give them the opportunity to learn more about pathways into arts industry careers. Arts industry professionals from both within Kiln and external organisations will be present at the event.

At the end of the Work Experience week (Friday 16 February from 1.30pm) Kiln will host a creative careers networking event for young people aged 14+ from across London; an opportunity to learn more about pathways into arts industry careers.
