Customer Credit Information
How to check you customer credit balance online:
Please note, this will only work for customers who booked online, or have signed up for an online account and provided the associated email address when booking by phone/in person.
- You should see a banner at the top of the webpage, with a link titled “Login/Register”. Click this link. If you can’t see this, look for one titled “My Account” and click there.
- Now you’ll need to log in to your online account. Make sure to use the email address you provided when booking. If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “Reset here” link, confirm your email address, and follow the emailed instructions.
- Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be able to see your account details. You can use this page to amend your contact details, update your Access requirements, and view your order history. Near the top of this page on the right hand, you’ll also see a section titled “Account Credit”. Click here to view your available credit balance.
It’s simple to use your customer credit online. Once you have your tickets selected, follow the link the checkout. On the checkout page you’ll find a section titled “Order Summary”, which will allow you to tick a box to use your available customer credit. Tick the box, and the total left to pay will be updated for you. If your credit exceeds the value of your basket, the remaining credit will be left for future use.
