National Theatre Connections 2025

We’re thrilled to be one of 33 Partner Theatres participating in National Theatre’s Connections 2025.

Every year, Connections commissions new plays for young people to perform. The programme brings together some of the UK’s most exciting writers with the theatre-makers of tomorrow. In 23/24, over 250 youth companies from every corner of the UK participated.

Connections is open to any company of young people aged 13-19, and up to 26 years old for groups with additional needs. This can be a school, a youth theatre or voluntary organisation. Participants may gave lots of experience staging plays or none at all.

We’re thrilled to be hosting Strive Drama, Jewish Community Secondary School, Young Actors Theatre Islington, Watford Girls, Central Foundation Boys’ School, The Totteridge Academy, White City Youth Theatre, Norlington School, Urswick Youth Theatre and Woodmansterne School.
