The inhabitants of Downton Abbey are becoming thoroughly modern. It’s the 1930s after all! In Julian Fellowes’ final chapter of his period drama saga, the Crawley family faces scandal after Mary’s (Michelle Dockery) divorce, and the whole family is forced to reckon with financial ruin. What is the future of Downton Abbey for the gentry and the staff?

There’s some welcome additions to the company for its closer, including Simon Russell Beale, Joely Richardson and Alessandro Nivola (as a charming seducer). But it’s a delight to see cast members from Downton film and TV series gather for the send off it deserves on the fifteen year journey of the Crawley family.

Don’t miss the chance to hear directly from beloved Mr Carson and celebrate the grand finale as we step into Downton one last time.

Award-winning actor and Kiln favourite Jim Carter will join our Artistic Director, Amit Sharma, for a special introduction and Q&A ahead of Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale on Monday 15 September at 7pm.
