Family Cinema: The Wild Robot

Superintelligent robot Roz (Lupita Nyong’o) crashlands on a seemingly uninhabited planet. Teaching herself to talk to the animals, she finds a fascinating world of critters who need her help, voiced by some of cinema’s finest including Catherine O’Hara, Bill Nighy, Matt Berry and Mark Hamill.

It’s no faint praise to say that The Wild Robot stands shoulder to shoulder with kids classics like Wall-E and The Iron Giant. Surprisingly moving, it’s a stunningly animated treat that will remind you of all the ways we can make connection with the world around us.
