Contact is a tale about Angela’s pursuit to find her missing sister, who has become lost in the strange world of social media. But will Angela make it out of this cyber space? Can she ever escape it… can we ever escape it? This play explores the ability of social media to both isolate and connect people.

Writer
Eno Mfon is a Writer, Performer and Director. Her debut one-woman show ‘Check the Label’ had sell out performances at the Bristol Old Vic and Talawa Firsts and was made into a short film for Channel 4’s ‘Random Acts’ and won Best Short Film at the 2018 Royal Television Society Awards. Following her successes in Bristol, Mfon’s play ‘The Tide’, directed by Eva Sampson and produced by the Young Vic’s Taking Part team, was developed in local schools and performed at the Young Vic. Her most recent play ‘Birdwoman’ was supported by the Bush Theatre’s Emerging Writers Group. Mfon is currently being mentored by Roy Williams, as past of Hampstead Theatre’s ‘Inspire: The Next Playwright’ programme.

Stevan is a London based Theatre Director and workshop facilitator that has worked with a variety of theatres and companies including Kiln Theatre, The Royal and Derngate, Nottingham Playhouse, Marlowe, Time Zone Theatre London, Luvas Theatre New York City.
His most recent production was the staging of a new play for the New York Fringe entitled Caddywhompus for Hungry People’s Theatre.
He has a special interest in political theatre, surrealism & Community theatre.
