Noura Mansouri was born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and she is currently pursuing her PhD at at Queen Mary, University of London on Carbon Management for Sustainable Development. Ms. Mansouri has received her MBA with distinction in 2004 from Queen Mary, University of London; She has received her BSc in Management Information System with honours from Dar Al Hekma College in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It is the first female private college in Saudi Arabia. Ms. Mansouri had many media appearances in Saudi Arabia as an example of a Saudi woman pioneer pursuing her ambitions despite ‘cultural’ restrictions in the Saudi society.

Carol Gould is the author of ‘Spitfire Girls’ and ‘Don’t Tread on Me – anti-Americanism Abroad’. She has been a panellist on BBC ‘Any Questions?’ and on ‘Woman’s Hour’ as well as appearing on Sky News and Press TV and editing Current Viewpoint.
