Someone in this cosy 1920s Sussex village is sending poison pen letters to local spinster (Olivia Colman). Suspicion falls on foul-mouthed wild woman Rose (Jessie Buckley) but the police investigators (Timothy Spall and We Are Lady Parts’ Anjana Vassan) have their work cut out for them because she has the perfect alibi.
