You will receive an e-ticket which you can display on your phone or print out.
Online booking and e-tickets also reduces face-to-face interaction with our staff and queuing time.

Tickets will not be distanced. The auditorium will be transformed into the Sir Colin Campbell pub, offering pub table seating in the stalls. Tables of three may only be bought as a whole. Tables of four can be either bought as a whole or in pairs. If you require a pair, please select either the right- or left-hand seats as below:

Free & Sponsored tickets
We offer free tickets and exclusive discounts to ensure as many people as possible can visit us. If you fit any of the below criteria, get in touch and we can help you get a ticket.
Free tickets may be offered if you are homeless, out of work or receive Housing Benefits, Income Support, Jobseeker’s Allowance or Employment and Support Allowance (valid ID, statements or proof universal tax credit will be required when collecting tickets).
We work with Tickets For Good to offer discounted/free tickets to NHS employees. Find out more here.
Discounted tickets may be offered if you are an employee of the Police Force, Fire Brigade, Armed Forces, The Coastguard, RNLI, Prison Officers or Social Care Workers (valid ID payslip and name badges will be required when collecting tickets).
We respectfully ask that customers do not visit the venue if they know they have any of the recognised signs of having COVID-19. More information here. If you arrive at the venue showing symptoms of COVID-19 you will be turned away from the premises.
We accept Mastercard, Solo, Visa Debit, Visa Credit and Visa Electron. We do not accept American Express or Diners Card. Theatre Tokens can be used to pay for tickets in person or over the phone, but not online.
Refunds / Exchanges

We only offer refunds where we have had to cancel a performance or screening unless you have had to cancel your trip due to showing symptoms of COVID-19. If you do show symptoms and have already booked a ticket, please stay at home and contact us 24 hours before a performance at Tickets@KilnTheatre.com and we will discuss what options are available to you. Exchanges may be given if a similar seat is available for the same production.
Third party ticket sellers
Occasionally we sell tickets via a small number of third party organisations. If you aren’t sure whether a third party is an official agent for Kiln Theatre tickets, please contact our Box Office. Please be advised that any tickets bought through unauthorised agents will be voided. We strongly urge audiences to only purchase tickets through authorised channels.
Can I re-sell my tickets? If the performance is sold out we can try to re-sell your tickets. A £1 re-sale fee per ticket will apply and if your ticket is sold you will receive the funds back as a credit note on your account with us.
What does the ‘i’ symbol mean on some seats? If you hover your mouse over any seat with an ‘i’ it will display a note of information about that particular seat.
How do I pay using credit? To book online, add the tickets to your basket and proceed to payment. Under ‘Order Summary’ you can see your current credit available. Check the box ‘Use available credit to pay for this order’. The credit will be applied automatically.
