Arrive Build Create Trainees
Young people aged 16-18 who have participated in the Arrive Build Create projects undertake creative facilitation training, for which they are paid at London Living Wage, led by the Arrive Build Create practitioners, Kiln Theatre artistic and production staff and industry professionals. The participants are then employed as trainee facilitators on the Arrive Build Create Schools projects throughout the academic year. The participants also join the Kiln Collaborators (Kiln’s other paid creative facilitation trainee programme for young people aged 16-25 who support on our Youth & Pathways programme) for upskilling sessions in theatre making and facilitation.
